How much does a project cost?
Wedding and portrait packages are listed on their service pages. Business and specialized production projects are quoted based on coverage, deliverables, location, and editing needs.

How long does a project take?
Delivery timing depends on the service and scope. Your selected package or project proposal will outline the agreed timeline.

Do you travel or shoot on location?
Yes. VI Media is based in Little Rock and serves Central Arkansas. For projects farther away, contact us to discuss availability and any travel fees.

Can you provide drone footage?
Yes. VI Media offers aerial photography and video, with flights conducted by an FAA-certified remote pilot. Coverage depends on the location, weather, and applicable flight restrictions.

Will I receive raw files?
Your package or proposal specifies the final edited deliverables. Raw footage and unedited images are available for an additional fee; please request them when discussing your project.

Do you offer social media content?
Yes. Photography, video, and graphics can be prepared for your intended platforms. Tell us where you plan to use the content so the appropriate formats can be included in your quote.

What’s your booking and payment process?
Your contract outlines the deposit amount, which is due at signing. The remaining balance is due when your deliverables are completed and ready for handover.
